The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful and cozy interiors that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-kept and had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vacation. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel was completely accessible, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators that made getting around a breeze. It was a relief to know that the children working there were always ready to lend a hand and provide assistance whenever needed.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, I would have loved to see more senior-friendly amenities or activities offered for a better vacation experience. Perhaps some organized outings or gentle exercise classes tailored to the needs of older guests would have been a wonderful addition.

I stayed at Alp Suites Mandalin for 3 weeks and as interior designers, my parents and I immediately noticed the tasteful architecture and stylish interior. The location was ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the beach and close to shops, cafes, and the Azmak River. The hotel staff, especially Cuneyt, were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned to a professional standard. We loved the balcony with its amazing view of the rooftops and the sea. we had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this place.

We had a small issue with the front door lock, but the local agent promptly arrived and fixed it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a great stay at Alp Suites Mandalin. I highly recommend this hotel.
